Orange County's top Wing Chun, our small, dedicated group takes Wing Chun to its most advanced and realistic levels. We take pride in showing everyday people how amazing the simple, yet devastatingly effective fighting concepts of our Wing Chun approach.

Our approach to Wing Chun is so appealing because you can clearly see and feel its overwhelming effectiveness. By strictly maintaining simplicity in each movement, we're not necessarily faster than our opponent, but you better believe we get to where we need to be faster. Through intercepting an opponent's attack, we use highly-trained contact reflexes to sense an opening in the opponent's defenses. With this technology we can then use an opponent's force against them.

We present both a traditional and innovative approach to Wing Chun training by blending Eastern time-tested methods with today's most advanced combat technology. We practice Wing Chun forms as well. However, this is done with a slower and much more internally focused approach using these forms as Chinese qigong (energy cultivation). We know that forms don't teach you how to fight. As Bruce Lee said, "Learning to fight doing forms is like learning to swim on dry land".

Our Wing Chun traditions can be traced directly to Bruce Lee's teacher, Yip Man, through three of his different Wing Chun students. Make no mistake, this is the most advanced Wing Chun training around.
