Orange County Kung Fu for Women self-defense for women
Orange County's Self-Defense for Women

Women's Self-Defense - South Orange County

Created by a woman as a self-defense equalizer against larger and stronger opponents, our Kung Fu finds power in relaxed softness. The painstaking development of this sensitive, enigmatic soft "force" allows even very small people of seemingly inferior strength to develop devastating power -- making it ideally suited to women's self-defense. This type of power is acquired through repetitive, precise positioning of the body. The positions and self-defense techniques are always practiced in a calm, relaxed manner. While the process to achieve this kind of self-defense force should be emphatically soft and relaxed, the end result for anyone on the receiving end is amazingly destructive.

It's creator, a nun from China's legendary Shaolin Temple, was a woman of small stature. She showed others how to overcome larger and stronger opponents. She taught how to move into close-quarters to become effective against anyone.

Stregnth and size matters. But make no mistake, technique matters more. Women can gain devastating power learning to use whole-body force by coordinating their movements. When this power is combined with our simple and advanced fighting concepts, you'll find the confidence you need to defend yourself when it matters. Armed with this, there will be no denying your ability to confidently defend yourself in any situation.
